Production Meeting 1

These are a few images from our production meeting, this included getting together with the rest of the production team and discussing some key aspects of our production. For example our location ideas casting and equipment. the contents of this discussion will be laid out throughout the rest of the production. We will also be having follow up meetings in order to make sure that we are all understand what is going on and assign each of us jobs.

Audience Feedback - Music Video Ideas

This is some of the feedback that I received from my target audience about the initial ideas for my music video. I also got some feedback from my group members as they will be working with me to achieve these ideas.

Music Video Ideas - Slow Motion Rewind

This post shows a before and after of the same video with the first video ( the original ) without slow motion rewind and the second one using it. I have also incorporated some music into the second video in order to show how the music does not have to rewind with the song. Despite this we could incorporate the use of sound effects to emphaise the rewinding. This could be incorporated in or video as it would work very well alongside our narrative when looking back into the past at how their relationship was before the argument.

Music Video Ideas - Filter Lights

This Gif shows one of the main ideas that was put forward which was the use of different coloured filter lights. I was espically attracted to the way in which the lights were used to shine through the blinds creating an illusion of streaks of light on her face. I believe that this would work really well with both my song and the narrative of it. As it can be used to show that there are different aspects of love (through the colours) and the dark side of it through having our model in a dark room.

Music Video Ideas - Black & White

This post shows an example of a relationship in black and white. I but forward the idea of presenting the relationship in black and white to signify him looking in to the past at how his relationship with his ex girlfriend. This would be a good idea as it would mean that the audience can always see the difference between when the video is looking at him in the present day and when the video is looking at the past.

Music Video Ideas - Argument

This is an idea that we had for the start of our video - This video has incorporated an argument from 0:00 - 0:22. We thought that this would be a good idea to have at the start of our own music video to really emphasise our narrative
